Your call to Lowes are auto routed to the extension the system best matches your responses to the computer. It then goes to the department number it picks. The phones on the floor are little PDA's that make terrible phones. If No one is on the clock in that department, then no one's phone will ring. The best way to get someone is to select the customer service desk or returns, which is always attended. Then tell that person what you need so they can call the right person who is working.
