I tried to access my lab report in the My Chart app, but it says I have no medical history at Ochsner. How long does it take for test results to show up in the app? What about the rest of my patient records? I have already tried calling.

Go online and get the MyChart app. It's for Ochsner Healthcare patients. It's a really good app and you'll be able to find everything right there.
