Yes as of 2/5/21 they do ask for vaccination proof
Everywhere is New Orleans is asking for proof of vax to enter. Even busy places with lots of foot traffic chase people down that walk by while others are pulling out their vax card. Kids too. They aren't messing around in the Big Easy.
