Xbox one s is the newer model and is more reliable and smaller than the original Xbox one. 1TB is the size of the hard drive in the unit, one terrabyte should be enough room to store all your games as even physical disk copies of games need to be installed on the hard drive before playing them. There is also a 500GB version which has less room but i find it is sufficient if you manage your space well i.e. delete games you don't play anymore to make room for new ones, games can always be reinstalled later. There is also a new digital only Xbox one which does not allow physical disk copies of games only downloads. Hope that helps.
