The Christmas lights that were featured in hyde park have been sold to Lockport and they're there this year.
As far as i know there will be no lights at Hyde Park. If I remember correctly they gave or sold the lights to town of Niagara.

I believe Jimmy is right but I really don't know when it is because it's been a pretty long time since I've been there in December I winter in Phoenix AZ
Yes I don't believe they start until actual winter is like December 22nd or something I don't know the date but there will be lights
