I live here... Its a nice community but I'm not happy with how they pretty much make it impossible to leave. I just bought a house and need to break my lease early. The penalty for breaking your lease early is the equivalent of 2 months rent! I'd recommend them if they weren't so expensive. Because of that I wish I would have gone somewhere else
