Yes they will let you once you receive written permission from the police dept. And or can show proof of ownership.
If the vehicle is paid for by owner, or going to be paid for by insurance (ex. Vehicle totaled by insurance company or insurance company agrees to pay towing & storage fees) yes. APOW Towing may allow important items to be removed from vehicle (home keys, drivers license, registration, proof of insurance, etc). If vehicle is not paid for, often items such as license plates, personal belongings, etc will not be allowed to be removed without some sort of arrangement made. When calling speak to John or Howie about what items need to be removed from vehicle and they will instruct you on what needs to be done to retrieve the items you wish to retrieve. Police impound normally require vehicle to be paid in full, or partial payment decided by John or Howie, keys to vehicle if keys were not given at time of towing, and possible title of vehicle u till vehicle it paid in full (These are a case by case situation). Main point speak to John or Howie for proper information on your vehicle.
I believe so if your car does not have a police hold on it
