How come when you call Spectrum about the high billing amount due, they are dismissive and rude? I've actually been told to just pay my bill and shut up.

I'm so happy with my internet provider, HOTWIRE. They haven't gouged me with constant increases. Spectrum keeps trying to win me back, but that will NEVER happen.
