Call them and talk to them. They are wonderful people I was just there for the tour on Feb. 5th 2019 and they were very gracious and wonderful people.
Not a shame, it must just be a mix-up. You could always call and ask about it. The monks at the Abby are the most selfless people, I'm sure they would love to help you solve your issue.
They are not in the business of selling anything, you must have them confused with some other place. Please double check your purchase receiots.
They don't sell anything outside a lay-operated gift shop as far as I know. Must be a different place.
