Which tower is closer to the casino? And do they have stair access to the rooms for people who won't get into elevators??

Yeah there are stairs and to be honest either tower

Stairs are near the waterfall and the giant glass structure in the middle of the mall where all the shops are. Escalators are also near the waterfall. There's always an elevator located below the behind the escalator which all lead to the hotel

Yes there are stairs to the rooms, it would be a fire violation if they didnt and the whole place is one big casino so all the places are next to casino

I don't know about the stairs but all casinos are connected
