Yes, they have smoking rooms in the Sky Tower.

Yes they do have smoking rooms, at least that's what they advertised. Although I am a smoker I choose the non smoking. Please note the casino floors are non smoking. There are designed places outside for smoking, one patio area with fire pits I think you will enjoy. Check with them before you book just to be safe.
