They definitely have them. I would just call the main number and ask them to connect you to where they have the scooter and chair rentals and see if you can reserve them in advance. I have a friend who needs it for walking and rents one a lot and I know it is difficult sometimes to get one but I believe you can reserve it.

They used to have wheelchairs when I used to take my mother but when I was there there wasn't very many people there it was pretty much empty so I didn't see anybody in wheelchairs and I didn't see any outside the door so I'm not sure if they still do that now because of the covid
