Do solar lights need direct sunlight to charge or will daylight do the trick?

I'm pretty sure that any solar light will charge from sunlight. It has to be wall to wall sunshine and nothing else blocks the sunlight such as clouds or any tall trees that'll block the sunlight.

I wouldn't purchase from Lowes, had a terrible experience

Daylight is fine

Should be ok with daylight but best way is to test it where you use them
