Why is there not a number for customer service? You only have directories for three different departments? It says to speak to an associate press zero and the phone has been ringing and ringing and ringing

Call another department and ask for customer service

Call and speak to someone in a different department and tell them you have been trying to talk to customer service and no one will answer and ask them to put you straight through to customer service representative

Usually customer service answers very quickly when pressing 0. Maybe call the pharmacy department so they can put you through.
