You can run this place. It is going to be a bit more of a challenge compared to many of the area trails, but will be a good workout. Be careful the mountain bikes can't see super fat in front of them like they can at Sherman and other.
You can run it. Lots of folks ride and run there. Not overly common compared to Sherman Branch, but definitely seen folks do it and have several friends who have as well.
