Staff is very knowledgeable. I found that they are not as aggressive with the sales as other gyms tend to be. Atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely would reccomend
I like the environment. Everyone appears to be very focused.
Not as friendly upfront as Planet Fitness off Peter's Creek. I wanted to do pool excerises is why i signed up here but used to doing excerise in deep pool and its not deep so instead of paying 29.99 i was paying i went for Planet fitness for 10.00 and I am very satisfied. LA fitness was a nice place and basketball and racquet ball courts but i dont use those. Planet has all machines so im just doing machines and they have classes for stretching, core, etc so this is all i need for 10 a month. Although LA fitness if u play ball is good. Girls upfront need to be friendly. Felt they were a little snobbish. Maybe they should go to Hickory Tavern at lunch and drink like the guys because they are more friendly.
