Im sure that they can help you. The staff, and facility are great. However, I would very strongly suggest if you haven't already taken it, The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting class. Its inexpensive and well worth it. Good luck, and fun with your new firearm.
Yes they can help you. Just make sure you tell them you've never fired a gun before so they know exactly what you need help with.
