Many boat ramps within 10 miles and fishing is World Class
There are a few boat ramps within 10 to 15 miles. We mostly use the one that is located across from the Hunting Island nature center. I would guess its about 20 or so minute drive. Some are closer but we like that one. As far as fishing goes we have learned it all depends on the time of year, how the tides are and what your fishing for, my biggest advice is learn the tides and plan accordingly. Its a beautiful area, and the tuck campground is a quiet and friendly place to stay.
