Yes it is.
Our vessel the Vagabond which offers our Ocean Dolphin and Sunset Dolphin Cruises is handicapped accessible and offers a ramp to board the lower back level of the main deck. All other vessels in our fleet do have stairs to board; Spirit of Harbour Town, Tammy Jane, and Stars & Stripes. We are always happy to assist in boarding if you are comfortable though. Please feel free to reach out to our reservation office at 843-363-9026 if you have any additional questions. We hope to see you on the water soon! -The Vagabond Crew
Yes, there is a ramp.
They do have steps up to the boat for the handicapable but they also have an a very well trained staff that can assist with getting most travelers onboard. I don't recall an actual handicap ramp but you could call them directly and ask. They are very good about answering questions about their services. If there is any way for you to get onboard for one their cruises, I highly recommend it. We have gone on two - the Sunset Dinner cruise and the Savannah Cruise - and they were the highlight of our stays on Hilton Head island. Really great fun.
I only remember steps
