Not a very responsible way to direct your grievance
Chacola, I am so sorry you feel this way. I personally wanted to apologize that you feel this way about communication. I return every phone call that comes across my desk, so if you ever call again, please ask for me direct! We have changed over the phone system recently and the messages were NOT being delivered as they should have and for that, I personally am "Sorry". I also have changed the way all calls are handled when answered to hold that person more accountable. Again, I just wanted to personally say I am sorry and if I could ever do anything to help make this right other than the steps we have made so far, please call me personally! I am at the office daily and try my best to not make mistakes but they do happen, I personally work to make them right when they do! For that, 'I am Sorry"! Ross Butler
