I have tried for over a hour to get someone to answer the phone..... Are the phones out of order,????

I've seen the customer service area get swamped and maybe 2 people working the counter. At times, I've heard the employees complain about lack of personnel due to call ins and people just no where to be found.

No, the phones are not out of order. It takes a little time for someone to get into the customer service area. Try around 9 a.m.
