Are 12 gauges allowed? If so, if I have my own shotgun, ammo, ear and eye protection, how much would I end up paying to get a target and shoot at it?

Yes 12 ga is allowed and only slug ammo. The price is on the website

Yes they are. You have to use slugs though. They don't allow buck or bird shot
