They are the best i have ever had...they start with a hunk of sirloin..not the thin, shaved "minute" steak almost all other food places use. They slice & dice it to ground/cube steak-like on hibachi grill before sending it thru oven on hoagie! Its the bomb!!!
I normally get the baby GYRO. It has steak, chicken cheese mix. Veggies and the BEST tahiki sauce. I actually love the place. I get one whenever I'm in town. The steak sub should be delicious also.
