I received an air fryer toaster oven as a Christmas gift which was purchased from the Folly Rd. Walmart store. The oven is damaged. I am waiting for the receipt from giver; however, can I just bring it in for a store credit without any receipt?

Yes you can take it back. They will probably issue you a store credit or a gift card if you don't have a receipt. Walmart is very good about returns or exchanges especially if something is damaged!

"To return or exchange items without a receipt, the customer is required to present a valid government issued photo ID. Information from the customer ID will be stored in a secured database of returns activity that Walmart uses to authorize returns.
