I've never seen carts offered at the mall but a call to the mall office should get you a definitive answer.

No.. They have wheelchairs but they are "first come first serve". I needed one before and ended up passing out on the floor because they refused me a wheelchair. And I really hurt my back. It is so wrong in my opinion to not save at least one for emergency. I even told the woman at guest services that I felt faint and she said too bad, all the chairs were out. So I FAINTED on the floor and not one mall employee came to help me.
They do have them, you just have to call customer service or stop at customer service and they will get it for you. They don't keep them out in the open because they have had issues with kids taking them all and leaving none for the people who really need them. Btw.. who answers a yes or no question with "know"?
I don't think so.
If you call the mall office they might have wheelchairs maybe.But I'm not 100% shure about that.
