How do you get someone to answer the phone? I've been calling for over 30 minutes. After about 20 rings, I get a busy signal. I've called back 6 times and each time, this is what I get after asking for either Garden dept or a manager.

I usually go on the website or go in person.

Super frustrating. Try calling very early or super late in day. Gardening was mad busy last time I was there. If that fails... Ace Hardware has better service.

People are working, its spring and people go nuts for plants and lawn store they dont have time to answer the phone and hear questions about more plants 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️your best shot will be actually go to the store
