You have to have a parents consent
In NC the only way you can get a tattoo is in a/your house as it is against the law under the age of 18 unless you are legally emancipated by a court of law. If a professional tattoo artist says he can with parental consent he better hope the cops dont find out bc with them being licensed by the state he can and most likely will face fines and prison time. My advice bro is you think about what you want and ask yourself self if you will still be ok with it when your 50... If its a yes then it will last forever so whats another 4 years? lol. I have been tattooing ( licensed ) lol for over 15 years now, and thats just my advice.. But none the less i wish you the best of luck!
