Although we are contracted service providers, we still have to answer to fedex for things like this. I dont know your personal situation, or the business you have, but there could be many reasons for this. I would call 1-800 GOFEDEX and ask what the problem is though. Hopefully they can resolve the issue and we can start getting your packages picked up a.s.a.p.
Call and talk to his contractor!! FedEx drivers are not employed by FedEx!!! They work for a contracted service provider!!!
