A package was picked up at my address in granite falls around 1pm today but when I track the package this evening at 8:45 the status still shows Picked Up. When is the package will start updating? Advise.

First question ground or express? Express should update almost immediate and ground could take until transfer of truck

My package updated daily...usually once. When it was rerouted back to the ship store from my house, it updated in fifteen minutes. I was waiting for the truck to return...it returned four hours later. Not fifteen minutes later.
