Did the new management change the recipes a lot? I haven't lived in the area for about 5 years but will be back for a visit this weekend. Is it worth stopping in?

Does anyone feel like they are getting less food and service since the takeover by new owners? I mean rice is cheap and you barely get half a scoop. i get 9 or 10 pieces of sweet and sour chicken. The portion size is going to call me to look elsewher
