In the name of the restaurant it implies a sea food restaurant, also, boiling is how one cooks certain kinds of shellfish. The marquee has Chinese insignia and design. When you go inside and look at the menu, you see both seafood, and Chinese, as well as an allusion to cajun influence with crawfish. Decor leans toward Chinese influence. My meal, tonight, was strictly Chinese and we bypassed the seafood. SO, I say, both.
