They don't rent anything here You have to buy
$600 for ( $300 for lot rent and $300 I believe for the place you rent) plus utilities like $60 for water and you have to find your own garbage company and yes one dog or one cat if your renting (I own my home so I have 1 dog and 2 cats I only pay $310 for lot rent and then water for around $60
