My husband went here last week and we have been trying to call for an updated about his plates and registration but both numbers we have go straight to voicemail. This is unacceptable for a business. We have to way of knowing what is going on.

I stopped by there yesterday they are no longer accepting registration and plates for about a week because they so backed up! Also about a month-and-a-half ago I register another vehicle at a place that does similar service and it took a whole extra week

Hi Pammy, We apologize with you and all our customers, our place had been closed by the department of buildings of Yonkers without any notice, the landlord didn't comply with some documents, unfortunately they don't allow us to stay, but we did not disappear we will be around giving the plates to the people we already processed, we are not taking new registrations only pick up. Our new place is at 575 Yonkers Ave. we will be there around 10 am Tuesday September 8th. This is something that is out of our hands and we hope that you and all our customers understand. We didn't have a chance to tell our clients. We will open as soon as we have the certificate in our new place. We will contact you. Thank you!
