When taking my client to his appointments or making an appointment has been very much easy, even as an walk-in on Saturdays... Hope this may help you.
Appointments are available by booking online. If appointment times are all booked, walk-ins are accepted (although there may be a significant wait).
Not sure what you are referring to but for convenient care they can see you right away if it's any availability otherwise they will set an appointment. As far as regular Doctor appointments they do schedule appointments for new patients or existing patients.
