Do they serve wet ribs, I'm not a big fan of dry rub? It's good but not my thing. Also how hot do they [can they] make them?

They serve ribs are delicious and melt-in-your-mouth. In reference to how hot they are there is a really hot sauce that you can put on them it's on the side. Best barbecue anywhere around town!
