Why on the day after Thanksgiving is there nothing but a recording saying the office will be closed on Nov. 11 and open again on Nov 12? As many have noted, they will neither answer the phone nor reply to emails.

They are closed the day after thanksgiving . All government buildings are. It's a paid holiday for them
