If you call The Welcome Center and let them know ahead of time when you plan to visit, they will arrange for a tour guide if you want to pay for a tour of The. Farm. You can also do a self-guided tour by stopping by The Welcome Center and picking up a map. Email The Welcome Center before your visit and they will send you a calendar of events, and a Bed and breakfast list if you want to make a reservation to rent for a few nights.
Well, The Farm is no longer a collective, communal place, so you'd have to make arrangements to stay. There are lots of things going on there though, the Ragweed Reunion happens in July, and there's an Ecovillage Training center. Check the farm dot org website. Also numundo.org lists some accomodations.
