So even though the food is great the customer service is horrible rude and all. Good service can make up for bad food but bad service cant make up for good for customers service is what keeps money coming n now because of be treated badly

My wife and I love Rocky's. Everything we've had there is excellent. This is the only place I have ever liked the marinara sauce;. everywhere else the marinara sauce tastes tinny, but not at Rocky's. For our part, we don't find the service to be bad. Rather, the servers can have a brusque manner, but that's not the same as bad service.

Excuse me but for them to say I can't order from there again because I had to cancel my order due to an emergency I was told I couldn't I had to pick them up all I said was I'm not going to be able to and was polite then they said you won't be able to order here again I called and hour before and 55 minutes ahead to cancel
