I called to see if my social security disability check was pending. And it's not. I'm scheduled payment tomorrow. Why is it not pending?

Im suppose to be getting a check on the 3rd and mine isn't pending either. No one is answering the calls it says sorry no one is available like it did yesterday

My check was delayed due to the government shut down and they said it would be fixed yesterday but still no pay why the hell aren't we getting paid
