No, I don't think so. Ask them. It's donations only from my experience. Go to Plato's closet. They buy clothes and shoes and whatever other apparel you have to get rid of. They sort through your things and buy what suits their needs to resale. There's a consignment place on Kingsley avenue in orange park you can try. It's way down Kingsley on the right before you get to the municipal, police building. There's some kind of church next to it. A huge white building.
As far as I know...no they don't. plenty of consignment shops close by though.
