No. They sell parts and replace windshield washer blades and battery but they do not turn brake disk. Most mechanic shops do. ie: Tire kingdom, Tires plus ect. Hope this helps some. Good luck.
I know they use to. Depends on the car now a days sometimes it's cheaper to buy new ones. If there not badly warped and your putting new pads I wouldn't sweat it 😂
