Are you able to come here and roller skate on Monday If you pay normal admission and do not rent out the whole rink? If so what are the hours?

No. Public hours are Sat. 1-345pm and 7-945pm. Sunday 1-345pm. All other days and times are for private rental only. Very limited options.
