No age limit, but you need to be at least 40" tall and I recommend that if you have only one or two little ones to play laser tag, don't do it because the bigger kids and adults can tend to get very competitive, making it a lot harder for the younger kids to enjoy. Would recommend if you have a lot of little kids, maybe booking a slot for the group for a party to help cut down on the competitive adults and bigger kids.
There is no age requirement. However my younger/lighter kids have complained that older/heavier kids trample them while running around in the dimly lit arena. So if you have a 145 pound 3 year old, you'll be good.
