They have expanded quite a bit over the years. Nuts and olives and bulk items in one section, cheeses and such in another, prepared in another.
Enter, carts are to the right, and take a number and wait for it to be called for help with bulk nuts, dried fruit, trail mixes, candy, olives. Serve yourself fresh-ground peanut butter, and have it weighed by the person helping you (and possibly offering samples) with bulk. Some grains (oats, quinoa, lentils) are packaged along the walls. Behind the olives are crackers, and a nice cheese section (ask for help at the back wall with by-the-pound feta). Prepared food (including bread) and condiments are next, up a little ramp, and the aisles narrow a bit as you move towards the coffee and spices. Some cookies, jams, pastas, middle eastern specialties (like tahini) on a shelf... Then candy (not bulk) while you wait in one of two check-out lines. The store is two store-fronts now, but they're small and very easy to manage. It can get crowded, so just bring a good mood. Next time I go ill try to get pictures, but you can image-search for them, too.
