Are small dogs inside carriers allowed in the store?

Depends on local.. if there isn't s choice, I dont see any risk or threat. My perspective though, would encourage calling the store first.

Unless ur bowser is small enuf to fit in a carrier it’s possible but I wd. def. check with the store prior to going there. I wd. also NOT leave ur beloved pooch tied up outside....this IS NYC after all.

Unless service dog, no. But sometimes the associates won't say anything.
