Hi I had my puppy Rebel there for his 1st visit on Aug. 2nd. one of the techs cut his nails I don't know anything about cutting nails but I have 4 puncture wounds in my arm from those nails since the cutting. Is it possible she left them too sharp?

That's fine rebel is still a baby and they will stay sharp even after grooming. As rebel grows they can cut more without damage to the vessels in the nail. After rebel received all shots and can go outside the nation's will get filed down as rebel walks and runs on concrete.

I'd try file to smooth them they tend to just cut them

Usually they dont grind them or file them smooth so it could be that they are just rough. Sometimes smoothing them with a nail file helps
