Hi everybody I called the restaurant and they told me that the arepas don't have any gluten. Also the lady told me that some people that are allergic to gluten have eaten the arepa and nothing bad happened to them. :)
If they are following traditional recipes, then yes, they should be. But you would have to call and ask for specifics.
