I planted my tomatoes to soon but what can I do so they won't freeze.

Cover with cardboard boxes of tarps to prevent frost or worse you can also put rags and blankets around base of plants then cover. Save the roots and base of plants

Cover them, if you can bring them inside

Cover with tarp until the weather improves. This will create a greenhouse-like environment for the tomatoes.
