Melissa pretty much nailed it. I'd call and ask them but I think it might be too much for them.
Hi Lee, We have had many groups of 11 and 12 year olds play our rooms as part of a birthday party and they have gone very well. We do require at least one adult in the room with kids under 17. Additionally, we have had many families play with kids as young as 6 years old. Sometimes it's the 6 year old that gets something before everyone else. :) With all of the above said, we'd be happy to discuss further over the phone. Give us a call at your convenience. Stuart
I have 10 year old boy/girl twins that loved it. It is helpful to have an adult available for guidance.
These rooms are particularly challanging. The owners do an amazing job and are very personable. Great place to go but they might be a little young. Some places have a age restrictions as well. Calling would be a good idea or the website will tell you. If they have never done it before then try to make sure they are with people that have experience.
The puzzles there are pretty complex, but I do think they have different levels of difficulty for courses if you call and ask
