We found a stray mom and kitten and they are crossing the streets in our neighborhood and hiding under cars I’m worried they will get hurt. If I could catch them could I bring them would you take them ?

They usually only answer the phone during "open" hours. Call then. I recently tried to place an injured stray with them, and they said NO.
